How do you count "users"?
We count the number of licensed Jira users in your instance — the same number Atlassian charges you for. You can find this under Jira Admin → User Management. We re-verify at each billing cycle.
What if my user count changes mid-year?
On monthly plans, you're automatically billed at the correct tier for your current user count. On annual plans, we bill at your starting tier and let you know if you grow into a higher tier.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. The 30-day free trial includes full features for up to 25 users — no card required. You'll only be asked for payment details if you want to continue after the trial.
Can I manage multiple Jira instances?
Yes. All paid plans include support for multiple Jira instances. Each instance's user count is billed separately — but contact us if you have several large instances and want a bundle discount.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or startups?
