What we collect

Account information (name, email), the Jira instance configuration you provide, and operational data about the tickets Kraken processes on your behalf (decisions, outcomes, activity logs).

How we use it

To operate the service: analyzing and acting on Jira tickets, showing your dashboard and analytics, and improving Kraken's decision accuracy for your account.

Third-party processing

Ticket content is sent to our AI provider for analysis. Jira data is accessed via the Atlassian APIs using the credentials you supply. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

Operational data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
