By creating an account or using Kraken, you agree to these terms. If you're using Kraken on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to do so.

The service

Kraken performs automated and human-approved administrative actions in the Jira instances you connect. You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for reviewing actions that require approval.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kraken to violate Atlassian's terms, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraken is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
